The staff from the front desk all the way to the recovery was wonderful! I have to point out that Katie was so patient, and even though I am hard stick, she took her time and only stuck me once, and the iv lasted through the procedure! The anestheologist, Jacob, was also very kind and told me he would take good care of me, unlike other times I have had anesthesia, it was very quick and I did not linger before falling asleep. Everyone was very kind and made me feel accepted and cared for.

I highly recommend this center. I had a screening colonoscopy and every single individual from check in to check out and everyone in between was professional and courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Madhok is a consummate physician, clearly highly skilled and knowledgeable with excellent bedside manner.

Just had colonoscopy here, excellent from walk in service at front desk (Shannon), to pre-op (Melanie) and (Tony), operative/procedure staff (Anna and Tonia), Dr. Sian Chisholm, and recovery staff (Rita)!! EVERYONE I came in contact with was professional, courteous, thoughtful and made me feel they cared! Excellent care! Thank you!!
